Address is 137 E Houston St. (Houston & Forsyth), right in the middle of Lower East Side, East Village, and Nolita. Rent is rent-stabilized at $1,581/month plus utilities, which is insanely below market for the area. Common areas are furnished. Common areas are already furnished.

I work in commercial real estate like endurance racing. Usually only home to sleep during the week. Work in the office 6 days a week. During the week I do some basic cooking, and on Sundays I usually meal prep.
