Currently, I live full-time upstate in Accord, about 90 / 2 hours from the city. I’ve been here for the last decade. Originally from North Carolina. I started a farm brewery in Accord back in 2013 and spent about 9 years growing the business and running operations. In 2021, I stepped away to pursue other opportunities and now consulting with other businesses rooted in sustainability.

Having always loved NYC, I’ve been thinking about getting back for some time. I rent my house in Accord on AirBnB and it’s worked out well, so I’m looking to do it on a full-time basis. It’s possible if I’m able to find another place to sublet / rent. I’ve been searching in Crown Heights — to be near Prospect Park (need the trees), botanical garden, museum and library.

Keeping a clean and tidy space with open communication is important. have a few friends in my network and know a good bit of folks in the hospitality industry, but looking to make new friends and connections while exploring BK and beyond.

My sidekick is a wonderful doggo who will turn 12 later this year (Pisgah — I’ve had her since she was 4 months old). She’s well-behaved pretty chill. She’s about 35 lbs — loves hikes, swims, walks and lots of stick throwing (she’ll fetch about anything!) I would definitely be spending a lot of time in the park with her.
