Erick R - $1,800/month

My name is Erick Reuter and I'd ideally like to move into NYC in September 2023. I work remote as an actuary, which I've been doing for a year from home in Long Island, but would like to start a hybrid position in the city once I move. I love really all sports and am always in to go to a game or go out to watch a big game. I played Division 1 soccer at the University at Albany and still like to stay in shape, both by running and going to the gym regularly. Nowadays, I still play soccer, a little beach volleyball, and am a big golfer. Not many of my closer friends are in a spot to move into the city yet financially, so that's why I'm here.
