My friend and I are looking for a third roommate. Here's some stuff about me:

I'm a young professional, so a good chunk of my time during the weekdays is gonna be spent working (roughly 50% remote and 50% in office). Regular things I do on weeknights after work are cooking, hanging with friends for dinner / more casual stuff, playing my keyboard or uke (in my room so hopefully noise wouldn't leak too much), working out (or at least I'm tryna), and watching TV/movies. Weekends usually consist of going out, hanging with friends, concerts (if there's people I like in town), etc etc. Otherwise, I generally like travel, outdoorsy stuff, reading, and board games. Would love to have a place that we can invite friends over a few times a week.

I tend to be on the cleaner/tidier side, especially for common areas and food-related stuff (bc I don't want to deal with more than a normal amount of roaches / rats lmao). My budget tops out at $1800 but I'd much rather pay $1600-1700.

Looking at places off of a subway line or two, and non-negotiably require a dishwasher. Also trying to avoid paying a brokers fee, and a lease that starts in Late Aug / Early Sept.
