Hi! I am a gay male living in NYC for 2 years and am looking to move to a bigger place with some nice appliances and amenities. My friend and I are looking for a 3rd roommate who is respectful, clean, and tidy in late August/early September.

I myself love to keep my kitchen clean and common areas clean as I love to cook! For that reason, we'd really love to have a dishwasher in our apartment :) I tend to do a full cleaning at least 1x/week, but generally stay very clean throughout the week. Growing up in an Asian household, I very much require no-shoes in the house and wear house shoes while also cleaning the place before guests arrive (thanks mom :P)

I work hybrid and will be typically 2-3 times in office/week.

Typically, I like to workout most days and stay active. My hobbies include cooking, eating, reading, and gaming. I also love going to Broadway shows and concerts.

Because I love to cook, I also love cooking for others (that might be you too!) and I primarily cook Chinese, Korean food and experiment with other cuisines all the time. I also will sometimes want to host dinner parties that you will 1. be invited to and 2. be aware of well in advance!
