Jack, my fiancé, and I have relocated to Venice Beach, Los Angeles with our dog from Salt Lake City, Utah. We are looking for a room to rent month-to-month or 6 months/1 year if it's a good fit for everyone. I work as a pharmacy technician and am a performing artist. I have been getting into photography recently as well. Jack is a musician and loves skateboarding. We like to go out to live concerts and events but due to the pandemic we have focused more on watching Netflix or just spending more time outdoors away from large groups of people. Cruz, my dog, is 11 years old and is a white male American Staffordshire Terrier. He is registered in California as my Emotional Support Animal (ESA) which is protected under Equal Housing Laws, even in “non-pet” apartments. Cruz is well behaved and spends most of his time sunbathing and snuggling in soft blankets and pillows. He is very quiet and gets enough exercise outside. He also loves soft treats and peanut butter.
