I'm renting out 1 room in my two story 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house in a lovely gated community to someone who is respectful and responsible. The house is brand new and immaculate; I'm extremely clean and neat. The house is fully furnished, as is the bedroom. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and large mirrored closet. Bathroom is not private, but generally not used by anyone. All utilities and internet etc. included as well as a weekly housekeeper. Living room TV has Hulu and Amazon Prime. Washer/dryer is conveniently in unit, and you'll also have access to a great small backyard/patio and park in the community. Ample parking on the street. No overnight guests or pets.
