The apartment is fully furnished except for your room. Kitchen includes all appliances with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Garage parking included and laundry on site.
The complex:
Only has 8 townhouses in complex
Secured building with gated parking
Rent is $1,295 plus half the utilities. Utilities generally run $150 a month, so around $75 a month per person.
Looking for:
