About the apartment:
- AC
- Dishwasher
- Spacious balcony
- Wood look flooring - no carpets

RENT:
- SHARED ROOM: $722 plus utilities + one time deposit of $1200
- PRIVATE ROOM: $1444 plus utilities + one time deposit of $1200

Who you will be sharing the apartment with:
- 3-4 females (depending if you’re interested in shared or private room)
- All either working or studying
- Friendly, respectful and drama free
- Love nature, painting, and have interest in film

Good to know:
- Laundry in the building
- A parking spot is available for extra $25/month.
- The spot/room will be unfurnished. If you want the whole room for yourself we might have a queen bed you can get when you move in.
- No smoking community, but you can always smoke outside the gate
- No pets in the apartment but smaller dogs are ok to move in
