Master bedroom available in a luxury 4bed/3 bath apartment for a 1 year lease. Views from our actual unit are better (unobstructed) than the pictures shown since we have a unit higher up with the same floor plan.
We could alternatively make one of the other rooms available for $2700 or the master for $3300.
You'd be living with 2 boys and 1 girl - all in our mid twenties and working in tech.
The master bedroom includes a 2 sink private bathroom, walk in closet, top to bottom windows on 2 sides, and plenty of closet space. We can also try to make another bedroom available for a lower price.
The unit is super spacious with a large living room, high end appliances, and top-to-bottom windows everywhere. Washer & dryer in unit.
The building has a high end gym with the newest equipment, including a free bench press as well. It also has member lounge, a steam room, and a pool.
Near Sutton Place, but close to may restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Very easily accessible and great location.
