Hi! I need someone to take over my room in this beautiful luxury UES building starting in February. It’s a 4 bed, 3 bath and you’d be living with three AMAZING guys, all working in tech.

⁃ Full-service doorman, package room, concierge — the staff is super professional and kind!
⁃ Pet-friendly
⁃ 5-7 min walk to the 59th and Lex station
⁃ 1 min walk to the BIGGEST Trader Joe’s in Manhattan, close to many other restaurants and bars

⁃ Very friendly and sociable guys working in different tech companies
⁃ Extremely clean and respectful
⁃ Mid-late 20s
