Hi I'm Nick, I am 29 years old and currently working as a Chef in a restaurant in Manhattan. I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in moving into my two bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side as my current roommate will be moving out in January.
I live on east 90th street near Lexington Avenue, in a very clean, quiet, and well-maintained walk-up just a few blocks away from the 86th street subway (4, 5, 6, Q), shops, restaurants, and Central Park. The apartment is a two-bedroom, one bath, with good light, a shared living room, and open kitchen. It faces the back of the building and is very quiet. You would have the larger bedroom which easily fits a queen size bed, a large desk, and a dresser. The bedroom has two closets and two windows. The rent is $1,950 per month. There is no laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat two blocks from the building. All monthly bills such as ConEd, Wifi, and household items would be split 50/50.
I am very outgoing, flexible and easy to get along with and also looking to make new friends. I enjoy running, cooking, music, sports, movies and hanging out and meeting new people. I am respectful of others space and clean and responsible.
I am happy to share more photos or show the apartment in person to those who are interested.

Looking for a male roommate to move into my current 2-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side as my roommate will be moving out at the end of January 2026. It is on the 5th floor of a clean and well-maintained walk-up in the low 90's near Lexington Avenue just a few blocks from the 4,5,6, Q trains, restaurants, and stores at 86th street. You would have the larger of the 2 bedrooms which has 2 windows and 2 closets, the rent is $1,950.00 per month. There is a shared living room and an open kitchen with a dishwasher and full appliances. I am 29 and work as a Chef full-time in Manhattan. I am very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people, sports, music, working out, running, and socializing and trying new places to eat. Looking for someone like-minded who enjoys having friends over periodically, but also enjoy my down time since I work a physically demanding job and like to have time to relax. I am clean and respectful of others and all household bills / items would be shared 50/50. There is no laundry in the building but the laundromat is just a few blocks away. Happy to show the apartment in person.
