Hello!
We are looking for one roommate to renew the lease. The room is very large: it can easily accommodate a queen size + desk and has an amazing view of the upper east side with floor to ceiling windows. Great location 1 min away from Trader Joe (Lenox Hill). The building has wonderful amenities, including doorman, pool, sauna, and gym. Available from September 1.
