I'm looking for one roommate for a 12-month lease. I'm ideally looking to live in a newer building for the safety, amenities, and landlord service.

I'm open to living in a flex one-bedroom or two bedroom, depending on the details. I've had a past, positive experience with a flex room so am open to it. I can be flexible on location, but am most keen for Brooklyn or Downtown Manhattan. I'm open to being flexible to find the right place, though.

About Me:

Apartment: Generally I'm quite clean. I'm looking for a roommate that's also clean.

Social: I spend most of my weekend time outside of the apartment with friends or exercising. I don't host often but would like the option on occasion. I'll always ask before hosting and practically never host late at night.

Work: I work in-office M-Th and work from home on Fridays. I'm generally quite respectful of people's work schedules and am happy to be quiet if you have work calls and WFH.
