Hi everyone!
I am looking for someone to take over my roommate’s room in a high-rise elevator building in the heart of Financial District. The new lease will start from August 1st. The rent is $4800 per month, split equally ($2400 for your room). I have to decide if I want renew the lease asap, so please reach out if this interests you!
The building is right next to Wall Street and is a minute walk to the Fulton subway station. This is an elevator and doorman building with a fully equipped gym and rooftop. The apartment is on the tenth floor and has high ceilings, air conditioning, and heating. The living room has already been flexed into a bedroom that I currently occupy.
