Looking for a roommate to split a 2-bedroom in Manhattan, budget $2,200-$2,500 per person, starting in August.

Neighborhoods I’m looking at are East Village, LES, West Village, FiDi, but anywhere with an easy commute to midtown works for me. Also would consider Brooklyn/Williamsburg for a nicer apartment.

I just graduated from Penn State 🦁 and am starting a software engineering job at the end of August. I’ll be working 3-5 days in the office. I enjoy going out, trying new food, and exploring the city. I’d like to keep our space clean and tidy!
