Hello. My name is Jonathan and I'm 24 years old. I have been living in midtown since I started my job with EY in financial consulting since the tail-end of last summer. My roommate is leaving our current apartment when our lease expires at the end of July, and I may need to move if I can't find someone to take his place. I generally prefer to stay in Manhattan as that makes my commute to the office a bit easier and keeps me close to my friends who live on the island. I work hybrid so depending on how busy things at work are, I'm in the office at least 2-3 days a week. In my spare time, I'm usually either hanging with my friends, or staying in watching whatever sports are on or playing video games. I'm looking for someone who's close to my age, working full-time, can be male or female, and, like me, prefers to keep their apartment clean.
