Awesome deal - Spacious room in UES with great location

My current roommate is moving out, so I am looking for a new roommate to occupy the second bedroom in the apartment and get on the lease. The new lease starts in August but if you want to move in in September, or maybe October, my current roommate may want to sublease until then. The location is awesome, within 3 minutes from the 86th St. 4-5-6 express subway station and 5 minutes from Central Park and the Guggenheim. There are lots of restaurants and neighborhood bars nearby. Spacious apartment, extremely quiet and the room is big with a nice closet, on the second floor of the apartment.

What about the furniture, you might ask? I newly furnished the apartment's shared spaces in January including a brand new awesome couch, TV and furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a microwave and air fryer. The bedroom doesn't come with furniture but it is possible to buy the current one (already in it) from my current roommate: king size bed and mattress, big dresser, bedside table. There is AC in unit (one in each bedroom) and laundry in building. Happy to give you a tour, virtual or not!
