Pavan M - $2,500/month

Hey everyone!

We’re Pavan and Lodovico — two friends planning to move into a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Lower East Side or East Village this year, and we’re looking for a third roommate to join us in creating a fun, relaxed, and clean home.

A little about us:
👨‍💼 Pavan works in digital strategy and M&A, helping companies grow and transform — when he’s not deep in slides or spreadsheets, he’s building a VC fund and exploring the city with friends.

⚖️ Lodovico is a lawyer working in litigation — he’s originally from Italy, and now practices in NYC. Outside of work, he enjoys thoughtful conversation, checking out new restaurants, and weekend adventures around the city.

We’re both easygoing, social, and respectful, and we’d love to find someone who’s down to:
• Hang out on weekends (think drinks, live music, street food, gallery hopping 🍻🎨🍕)
• Share the occasional dinner or movie night
• Keep shared spaces clean and positive
