Turtle Bay Roomate in 2 Bed 2 Bath
True 2 bed, 2 bad in Midtown East luxury building with elevators and doormen. Looking for a new roommate to take the guest room. The apartment is fully furnished, the guest room has 2 dressers, a full size bed, a clothes rack (no closet) a tv with cable and curtains. The room has its own independent aircon/ heating system as well as 3 large windows with views of 2nd avenue.
The apartment has a renovated kitchen and bathrooms with new stainless steel appliances and an in unit washer and dryer.
I am a management consultant in my mid to late twenties and work in midtown east. I work in the office a few times a week. I am a very clean person and regularly work to keep the apartment neat.
Looking for a replacement for my last roommate who moved to another city for work reasons. The landlord is looking for a 6 month lease with the opportunity to renew after that time period. Leases are individual with the landlord . Rent for this room is $2381 per month and half the utilities which is approximately $200 a month depending on aircon usage.
