The apartment is in a full-service luxury condo with doormen, elevators, laundry in the basement, and a rooftop with panoramic skyline views (Empire State, Chrysler, One Vanderbilt, and more). The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to the 6 train, Trader Joe’s, equinox, amc, and many other restaurants and bars near by.

The unit is a true 2 bed / 2 bath that’s been flexed into a 3BR, with a smart layout and generous space and around 1,300 sq ft total. There’s a furnished living room, dining area, private balcony, and a modern kitchen.
