I’m from Oahu, Hawaii, but grew up military and moved around a lot! I enjoy exploring the city and staying active with dance classes and day trips for hiking. I’ve lived in this apartment for 2 years now with 2 really great roommates, both who I found on Diggz.

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom luxury apartment at Stuytown for a September 28th start date (early move in is also possible, from Sept or August - but the lease will run until Sept. 27 2026).
It is a beautiful 10th floor unit with views over East Village (amazing sunsets and natural light all day!). It has an open kitchen with platinum appliances, and the apartment has lots of storage. We’re a close walk to the L train, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, and to the East River for walks/runs.
Rent is $2642.23 per person a month (including utilities, A/C and WiFi). Your room has 2 closets (one inside the room, and one across from your door in the hallway).
I’ve furnished our living space with two couches, a dining area, and cooking supplies. We have entryway storage and a second linen closet as well. Our bathroom also has lots of storage. Stuytown has 24/7 security, 2 gyms (one which we live right beside, separate cost for membership), a huge green space where they host a weekly farmers market in the summer and other events, and a variety of outdoor courts.
I’m the leaseholder and will handle our rent, utility, and WiFi payments. I’ve lived here for 2 years, both years with an incredible roommate I’ve found here on Diggz. My current roommate is moving out since she finished acting school.
