-Need relatively easy access to the PATH train (so ACE,123, NQRW, BDFM connections ideal), or near Port Authority.
-West Village, Fidi, Flatiron, Penn Station area, and Hell's Kitchen are ideal locations. Also looking
for a place with an in-building washer/dryer.
