Kat F - $1,800/month

My name is Kat and I’m a young professional working in marketing. I moved to New York from Minnesota back in July 2023.

I’m an introverted extrovert. I like to be creative, explore and find new food places, museums etc. I love fashion, art & crafts, true crime and being active. In my free time I like to go to book and “In Conversations With” talks.
I am clean, but not type A clean (I always respect common spaces!!)
I do not cook, but aspire too lol

I’m looking sublease for a few months or sign a 12+ month lease starting July 1st I would like to stay in Manhattan, but would be open to Brooklyn. I will probably WFH some days, but I usually like to do my work at a coffee shop.

I work in brand strategy for fashion or consumer brands. I currently have a WFH job, but am in the city to see what else is out there. I’m always looking to network and meet new people in the city!

I would really like my future roommate(s) to be open to being friends. I don’t know anyone, so someone who is open to hang out, go for dinner/wine etc, movie nights, walks etc. would be great! I respect the need for alone time and recharging though, I do the same!!
