Room in aurora

House at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet family neighborhood. Plenty of parks and walking paths in the neighborhood. I have lived here for 17 years and have great neighbors. There is a parking spot in the driveway but not in the garage. Large backyard with a deck. I live with my 16yo daughter so I would prefer a female roommate but I am open to everyone. I have 2 spare rooms so If you have a kid or would like an office/storage room, we can work something out. I work from home (in the basement) and spend my free doing DIY projects around the house, and watching TV. Internet, heat, water all included. I keep the house at 75 in the winter, I don't allow space heaters as they cost an arm and a leg to run, so if this isn't warm enough I'm sure we can work something out. I am very easy going and keep to myself. Smoking is ok outside or in the garage but not in the house. 420 is ok in the house but as I have a 16yo try and keep it contained to your own room. I am ok with drinking but no hard drugs. I have 3 cats that are indoor/outdoor, my daughter also has 2 ferrets in the basement. I do have guns in the house (I know that's a problem for some) I rarely have company over so the house will be quiet.
