I am renting out the basement which includes a private bedroom, living room and bathroom for $1,200/month. I am also renting a bedroom upstairs which will share the living room and bathroom with me for $800/month. We will all share the kitchen, dining area, upstairs living room and large fenced yard. I am LGBTQ friendly.

I will pay for the utilities (up to a agreed upon maximum) including Quantum Fiber! There is also plenty of easy, open street parking at the house.

The backyard is ideal for dogs! I love dogs and I am happy for you to have a dog, however, it will have to be preapproved based on breed and personality.

The home is in an great location near I-25, US 36 and I-70 with a quick commute nearly anywhere in the metro area. It is a ~15 minute drive to Union Station in Denver and also a 15 minute light rail ride Union Station if you prefer public transit. It is a ~30 drive to Boulder.
