Hello! I don’t know how to start this lol.
I’ll just start by saying I’m looking to rent a room for long-term in the broomfield/westminster area or anything in like a 10 mile radius! I’m looking to move in late October to early November.
I’d like to think I’m a pretty chill dude. I’m clean, to myself, pretty quiet, responsible and caring. I’m an aspiring filmmaker/creative enthusiast, I love nature and working out. I don’t have any pets, I don’t smoke, and I very occasionally drink.
I have no established credit by the way.
I’m really just looking for a cool person to live with who isn’t completely insane (I’ve had some terrible run-ins in the past 😅). I believe communication, understanding and kindness is the key to all things! ALSO fast internet is pretty important since it is my livelihood for creative endeavors.
My cap for rent is $750 a month but will go up to $800 if the situation is worth it and warrants it. Ideally I’d prefer a private bathroom but it’s not a deal-breaker. Also I’m not into living with dogs (Unless it is a very very quiet dog. A man’s got to sleep.) I do love cats though! Anyway, that’s all I can think of. Hopefully that’s not too much or too little. Hope to meet someone!
