My partner and I have a house with a fully isolated basement in Englewood near Barde Park. It’s less than a mile from Little India, Denver Beer Co, and other spots, 1.5mi from Light rail, on the same block as a bus stop.

It has it’s own side entrance and key code for the second set of doors. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and tub, kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. One bedroom has a walk-in closet. Shared laundry room and access to some garage space.

The house currently has 10 chickens in the backyard. No additional pets allowed unless they are in a terrarium or tank in the room.

No smoking allowed. We’re not big drinkers and we prefer folks to not be raging partiers. We do monthly board game nights, and bi-monthly sing-a-longs with the later plan to throw occasional dance parties. Be prepared and/or excited :) Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

The folks currently in the house in the upstairs: Kristy - Organized, clean, plant lover, dancer, hiker, artsy, traveller.
