I live in a 55+ community that has some caveats. I am looking for someone 40+, lgbtq+ to share my home with. I live in Federal Heights currently. It is very quiet, I'd like to keep it that way. I have two dogs, they have a dog door and yours are welcome if they get along with mine. Cats may not be a great idea? I think it would depend on the cat. The room has its own private bathroom, small closet and larger closet in the laundry room. It gets great light and is very private from my bedroom. There is some outdoor storage space, a shed, a garden and a small yard. The room is getting painted on the 29th of October. If you don't need furniture I can remove it.
