I have a beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse on East Lowry Boulevard. Each room has its own private bath. I am single, quite, and a non-smoker. I'm 56 years old, and I work from home. I am "young" for my age, so to speak--I work out, I have a motorcycle, etc.

The townhouse is six years old and in excellent condition. There are 3 patios--one on top, one in the back, and one in front. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.

There is no yard, but the patios are terrific.

There are no pets here, but you can bring one, as long as I screen it.

The area isn't urban, but it is walkable. You can find anything within a 15-minute walk: Target, Yoga, Safeway, a library, huge parks, 24-hr Fitness, etc.

The townhome has an included garage with two spaces. If you take the bus, the closest stop is about 1/4 of a mile away, on Monaco Blvd.

Cherry Creek is a 10-minute drive, without traffic.

If you look on a map, the closest intersection is Newport and East Lowry Blvd.
