Communal living opportunity

Im looking for a few roommates interested in the Aurora/ centennial area, located near quincy and s reservoir rd, for a communal living situation. There are a few options, catering to different budgets. There are 2 smaller rooms for $850/mo. They're each about 120 ft² and have their own double wide closets, but have a shared walk-in space in the hall as well. There's also a master suite of 330 ft², available for $1200/mo, which has a large private bathroom and huge walk-in closet. Last theres a 1 br "apartment" in the basement. It's 1200 ft², has its own kitchen, and seperate entry if youd prefer. All options pay an equal share of utilities (about $100-130/mo). There's also secure storage lockers in the garage, and space for bicycles/motorcycles and vehicle maintenance. The house itself is about 3200 ft² and communal areas are large and abundant. You're welcome to contribute to the set up and decor of the place. Everyone could set up their own living room if so inclined, and the main kitchen is a beast. I already have most cooking necessities and furniture, but there's plenty of space to bring your own or build up your own collection while here. It's definitely a place to grow for all tenants. Backyard is promising, with an elevated deck and ground floor patio. If you're into gardening/growing, its a fantastic space. Between my own equipment and what was left here, you could give the hobby a try on the cheap.

I work for myself in home remodeling. I moved out here from Buffalo several years back for the housing market. Hobbies including gardening, gaming, cooking and learning new skills. Mechanics is my current side-quest. Esthetics don't mean much to me compared to someone's values and personality. Id prefer roommates that could come together with friendship potential, but theres also enough space and options here for the die-hard introvert that prefers sticking to themselves. Only real requirement is consideration for your housemates, and base level financial responsibility (bonus points if you can help me get a piano through the door). Unfortunately I'm already at the pet limit here, but I'm working on changing that, hopefully.
