Justice M F - $1,000/month

I am a 30 year old Denver native, I own my own business repairing leather, and on some nights of the week I bartend at a hotspot in Denver. My current living situation has been great for 4+ years, but unfortunately the person who owns the house is now selling which will mean I need a new place. I love to cook, read, and watch movies, I do not have any pets; however having a garage or space I could work on my leather repair would be nice but is not 100% needed.
