- Okay with keeping a quieter home environment after 11pm.
- Has a minimum monthly income greater than or equal to 3x the rent obligation (in this case, a monthly income of $2,700 or more).
- While the formal lease terms will stay month-to-month, we’d like someone open to staying longer term!
