The place:
Fully-furnished house (except bedroom) in West Newton. Has a porch, small yard, grill, big driveway, and 3 levels including the basement. Plenty of room - it has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. In a great neighborhood - quiet, suburban, lots of families. Plenty of street parking for guests (driveway is pretty big too). Small yard in back, and a front porch. New washer and dryer in the basement. I also have a home gym set up in the basement you're welcome to use (when I'm not :) ). It includes a full 300lb Olympic barbell & weight set, bench, stands, etc. I also have a full media system set up with all the major streaming services (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime).

Me:
I'm a 33 year old male electrical engineer. I've been living here for a little over 2 years. We originally had 4 of us living here, but the other guys moved in with their girlfriends over the past year or two. I'm pretty clean & organized, extremely easygoing. Very sociable, but I live a relatively quiet lifestyle. I like rock climbing and playing music with my band. I also spend a lot of time with my extended family (no kids of my own).
