Hi! I am a graduate student looking for housing near Boston downtown (although lol at that rent), Cambridge, Somerville, Chelsea, or East Boston. I am looking to move in middle of August 2022 up to first week of September 2022. I am pretty quiet, clean, and responsible but I am also easy going! I like to listen to music, play guitar (mostly acoustic, my electric will not be with me), and I am a bit of a night owl. My favorite artists are Sam Smith, Maluma, 6lack, The Jackson 5, Bon Iver, and many more. I love all things acoustics/audiology, and also like to learn about what others study/do as a profession. In my free time, you will probably find me googling something to try to fix a problem or to figure something out. I keep common areas very tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom, although my own room tends to get cluttered! I like to get to know people but I am also respectful of people's time and preferences.

I would want my roommate(s) to be responsible, reasonably clean, friendly and either graduate students or working professionals. I am 4/20 friendly just as long as the house does not start to smell, and I would prefer no smoking inside as a general rule. I'd prefer no pets but I could be persuaded! I do not mind guests at all.

I'll be travelling between downtown Boston and further north, and my schedule will be pretty much from 7am-5pm M-F. I have a girlfriend who would like to come and stay for a few days every month or so. We are very drama free! I am a drama free person in general.
