My husband and I are interested in either possibly splitting an apartment or renting a room closer to the greater Boston/Waltham area.

We are both graduate students, I at Brandeis and he virtually through University of Nebraska at Omaha. We have a cat, but she's skittish and doesn't bother anyone who isn't her parents.

We're both more on the quiet, homebody end of the spectrum, but don't mind living with more extraverted, occasional party people. And how you choose to "relax and recreate" is entirely up to you, we don't judge :)
