I just moved to Boston about 2 years ago for the first time. I was born and raised outside of Phoenix, AZ and did my undergraduate degree at a small liberal arts school outside of Los Angeles. I used to work in consulting, but recently made the switch to follow my passion. I work in Business Intelligence for a professional sports team in the Boston area, spending most of my time working from the office but working at home from time to time. I am searching for a roommate, because my current roommate received a promotion for his job and he'll be moving to New York in a few months. I keep things low-key for the most part. Outside of work, I have a few side hustles to make a couple extra bucks. I workout pretty much every day and cook for myself about 75% of the time. I love to watch sports and when the weather gets nice I am active outside (mostly playing soccer). I keep things super clean but not going to have a problem if dishes aren't cleaned immediately. Totally cool if you want to have people over from time to time.

~1100 sqft, first floor unit. Quiet neighborhood across 93 from Assembly Square. House has renovated kitchen (gas range) and bathroom, original hardwood floors with big picture windows. Lots of natural light, medium sized bedroom. Currently I have AC in the living area and a window unit in my room, so you would need to bring your own AC for your room. Washer/Dryer in the basement. $2700/mo total rent (so your half is $1350), utilities not included. Street parking is available if you have a car, but public transit is not far away. Room will be available September 1, standard 12 month lease.
