Yona S - $1,600/month

I'm a working (from home) engineer and a cat. My hobbies are music and game audio - I'm looking for a place to move to in July, and I'd like an extra room to use as a studio. That makes it a bit pricey to live alone, so I'm looking for a roommate. I don't really care how we split rent, as long I don't exceed my max monthly budget ($1600). Living in the city isn't really for me, but I'd like to live in a nice neighborhood somewhat close by. I'm flexible on how long a lease we sign, I just put down 1 year as a default. I'm aroace - I'm not sure if that's important for people, but may as well get that in the open. I'm looking in the Boston area, but I'm also looking in the Providence area if that interests you. I like to play board games and videogames, and I don't smoke. Nothing against people who smoke, but I really can't have it where I live - sorry if that's a dealbreaker.
