Tierney L - $1,200/month

Hi all! I’m Tierney — I’m 24, currently living in Lynnwood and looking for a roommate or two to live with starting in late July. Preferably a week before my move out date on July 26th. Id like to stay in the Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Moutlake Terrace area for my job.

What I’m looking for:
• Ideally <$1200/month but flexible if it’s the right fit
• Tidy roommate(s) who value communication

About me:
• I've been living by myself since I was 19 years old and have amazing credit. I'm looking to either move in with someone or rent a room where my two very friendly tuxedo cats Mickey/Minnie are welcome. I'm currently a nanny and will be working with the same family for a couple more years. My job is very stabile and i'm a very reliable person. I'm hoping to move in with roomate/roommates or rent a room so I can finish up the last few quarters of school and save some money. In my free time I enjoy painting, hiking, camping, going to the beach, cooking, baking, playing video games, and working out.
