Looking for a female roommate for a 2bed/2bath apartment in Capitol Hill!

Hello! My name is Nina, I’m a 22 year old software engineer here in Seattle, and I am looking for a new roommate for my apartment. I live in capitol hill, walking distance from both miller park and volunteer park. In my free time, I enjoy bouldering, rope climbing outside when the weather is nice, hiking, solving crosswords, and film photography.

The apartment is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom place. The available bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room are one big open space, but the furniture splits them up. The open bedroom comes unfurnished but the rest of the place is fully furnished! There is an in-unit washer and dryer in the second bathroom across the hall from my room. My favorite part of the apartment is the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. There’s awesome light for plants.

The building has a garage if you have a car and want to park in there, otherwise there’s usually street parking around.

Rent is $1850/month + utilities, and parking in the garage is $150/month if you choose that option. Move-in would be sometime in late June/early July.

I am looking for a female identifying roommate who is fine living with a small and old rat/terrier/chihuahua mix dog named Dave. She’s 11 years old and is very sweet once you get to know her.
