A little about me, I'm 27 and moving from the east coast to Seattle to start at UW for law school. I'm from the West Coast originally, born and raised in the SF bay area, but have spent the past 4 years living in Washington, DC and working in tech. I have previously lived in Olympia, so this is my return to (in my opinion, the better) Washington. In my soon to be very limited free time I enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties, baking a sweet treat to share, spending time with my cat Meeka (more on her later), playing DnD and attending renn faires as an escape, crafting and creating through it all and despite it all, and I also collect vinyl and love going to concerts and listening to music (I have over 200,000 minutes on my spotify wrapped, which is a cry for help). I’m pretty extroverted but enjoy my alone time and ideally would like to live with people who I am friendly to close with. I believe that home should always be a place of relaxation but also shared responsibility to make sure that everyone can enjoy and share in that relaxation. I consider my living style clean but lived in, but not messy or chaotic in nature, and happy to discuss boundaries, expectations, and management of those boundaries and expectations. I’m also a direct communicator and prefer to have issues discussed upfront to prevent an uncomfortable living situation and walking on egg shells.

I also have a cat who would be moving with me, her name is Meeka, she’s 14, and she is an old and crotchety girl. She is my baby angel despite all of this and primarily would spend her time within my own room. Despite her lack of snuggliness, she does make for some good laughs and a sometimes loud, but comforting presence. She is comfortable living with other cats, she will primarily keep to herself.
