I'm 25 and work in marketing at a cybersecurity company (remote). I was born and raised in Manhattan (UES) and I have a really chill and friendly cat named Ollie (who is I adopted in college so he is great with roommates and new people and he never scratches on furniture which is a plus!). I am looking for a female roommate to live in Manhattan (ideally midtown east/turtle bay area but I am super flexible). Some must-haves in my apt search are close to a subway (less than 5 min walk is ideal), natural light, not a walk up above 4 floors (not a big stairs gal). My budget is under $2200.
