Roommate is moving out of the master room in our 1 bed flex/1 bath in Midtown East and I am looking for someone to fill the room. It's a doorman building with laundry in building, and an elevator.

I'm clean, quiet, social, and respectful of others personal space. I’m from Los Angeles and work in finance. I'll be working hybrid 3 days in the office and normal 9-5 hours that can fluctuate depending on the day. At times I do go to bed late but my sleep schedule is fairly normal. I like balance meaning I love to go out and be social, as well as relax inside or play video games. I play soccer and love to stay active. I don't smoke or do drugs but drink occasionally. I love all different kinds of foods, watching all kinds of sports and movies. I'm looking for someone like minded. I’m flexible and I like to get along with everyone.
