My name is Jacob and I've been living here in NYC (in Midtown) since August 2020. My lease that I got through my graduate program is coming to an end since I'll be done with my masters degree in May, so I'm looking for a May move-in date for a potential apartment. The latest would be a June move-in. I'm looking for a chill, friendly roommate who will not be difficult to live with at all. Also, LGBTQ+-friendly is a major requirement. What I like to do is cook, go to the gym, read and write, do some gaming, and going out to the many bars and clubs here in the city (you're more than welcome to tag along). Apartment amenities I look for are: laundry in the building, elevator, central heating/cooling, little to no carpet flooring, and natural light (especially if you're a plant person and wants to decorate with plants).
