My name is Sam Givertz. I graduated law school in 2021. I am currently working as an associate lawyer at a large law firm in NYC, but I will be starting a clerkship with a federal judge in August. As such, I am looking to find more affordable housing for next year as I will be taking a salary decrease. I am getting married in August, but my partner will be moving to Philly for the year for work. We will likely visit each other on weekends (alternating weekends). I am looking to move into someone's apartment for the year. I am extremely polite and friendly. But I also like to keep to myself (especially at night after getting home from work). I value cleanliness very highly.
