1 BED WITH PRIVATE BATH in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment built in the 2000s
Target, trader joes, AMC, Fairway all less than 2 blocks away.

Amentities: Washer and Dryer on each floor. 24hr Doorman, elevator, gym, lounge, roof deck. Central AC and heating
55 inch TV and couch in the living room, newly renovated kitchen.

I’ve been living here for a year and my roommate is moving to LA. Given the current rent prices in the area, this is an absolutely steal.
I work for NYU hospital so when I’m not working, I’m either sleeping or just relaxing.
Ideal roommate would be someone who is quiet and clean.
Would be nice to grab a meal together or just do our own things.

Room rent:4500 total so 2250/month per person(gas and hot water included. We can split the electricity and wifi usually comes out to be under 50 per person)
The room is not furnished. Fits a queen bed, night stand, and desk with ease. Plenty of closet/storage space.

Lease starts on 5/15 for 1 year. Can move in earlier if you would like.
