I’m looking for a roommate who's interested in signing a one year lease with me in a 2 bedroom!

I’m a 28 year old (2016 grad from Vanderbilt) working for an advertising agency - mostly from home but have offices in Tribeca. I'm pretty easygoing and clean. I like going out on the weekends and occasionally during the week. But, I also like coming home to a quiet place to chill and relax.

Looking to stay in Manhattan but to open to other options if it makes sense.

Would be great to have a like-minded roommate who’s down to get a beer, hangout, etc.
