About Me

Hey, I'm Courtney! I'm a middle school orchestra teacher on Long Island, but I made a home for myself in Astoria last year and would like to stick around for a little longer. I currently have a really great apartment with tons of natural light in Astoria, but my two roommates are opting to move out due to covid-19. I'd love to keep the same place I have now and find two new roommates!

About me:
Besides being an orchestra teacher, I'm a gigging musician, competitive powerlifter, yoga enthusiast, and love finding coffee shops to do work.

The apartment:
Although I adore animals, we can't have any pets in my current apartment- sorry!! :( The apartment has a ton of windows, is right off of the MR train, but an easy walk to the NQ train too. The landlord is seriously amazing. If we ever have a problem (and there were only two minor problems all of last year), he gets it fixed the same day.

Potential roommates:
I'm looking for two roommates! I'm fine with having male roommates as long as it's a platonic and respectful situation (I'm straight, but definitely LGBTQ+ friendly). Basically, if you're chill, respectful, clean your dishes, and pay rent, we're good!

State on site not active
My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date Sep 2020
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 25
Occupation Music Teacher
Pets No Pets
Hometown Bayville, New York
Education Teachers College, Columbia University
Relationship Status Dating

We think Courtney would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
