You might be wondering what I'm doing here if I'm planning on moving at the beginning of next summer (2022). I'm an advanced planner haha, but more importantly, I'd love the opportunity to get to know someone for a while and then look for an apartment together.
I'm aiming for a June 1, 2022 move in date, potentially July 1, 2022. My budget is $1400 max.
My preferred neighborhoods are anywhere in Queens by a train or somewhere in Manhattan not too far from Midtown (not looking to live higher than 86th St on either side).
During weekdays, I'll be home working a lot. Weekends are for balancing fun and cleaning/organizing/recharging.
Responsibility and communication is everything. I like to keep the place clean from the start and keep it up so we don't get overwhelmed. I'm honest and to the point.
