Hi, my name is Brian Dworkin. I am retired now at 57 years, however, I
had a Career as a Sales Professional, within the Telecommunications
Industry, and did very well there. I receive Social Security Benefits
at $3224 each month; and that increases each January, for a cost of
living adjustment. I also have a Partner, Raymond; we have been
together for 28 years. We would both be living in the space that we
will be renting, be it a full apartment or furnished bedroom, should
that be deemed appropriate. We do have 3 Kitty Cats, they are
siblings, all 4 years old. We are looking to move in on December 1st,
and are okay with either short term, or longer term. Thank You for
