As my current roommate is relocating to DC, I am seeking someone to sign a year-long lease for a conveniently located, quiet, super comfortable 2 bedroom apartment.
The lease would begin June 1 (lease would need to be signed).
It is super well located on the UES in the 60's between 2nd & 3rd.
The F, Q, 4, 5, 6 are blocks away.
First, there are GREAT CLOSETS. Second, the apartment is in the back of the building, so it is super quiet. It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
Importantly, it is wonderfully warm in the winter, and surprisingly cool in the summer (we rarely have to turn on the AC).
The staff in the building is AMAZING and the building is carefully and efficiently run.
